General information about the online store
Online store products are sold by Frescon Oy 3298955-4. We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Ordering
As a rule, products are ordered from tervaskanto.fi through the shopping basket.
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. You agree to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Order and payment confirmation
Products are ordered through the Shopping Cart. To order products, customers must provide contact information and select a delivery method. When the products are added to the shopping cart and the order process has been completed, we send an automatic order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address or phone number provided by the customer.
The order confirmation contains the following information:

- Ordered products
- The total amount of the order

Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP bank, Säästöpankki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken.
Your bank statement shows Paytrail as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.

Terms of delivery
Delivery methods and time
The delivery time of the products is 4-7 business days. We try to deliver the products on the next business day after placing the order, if the product is in stock. Delivery costs and options are shown on the shopping cart and checkout page.
Posti ja Matkahuolto keeps packages at the pick-up point for one week (7 days), after which the packages are returned, so please pick up your package on time.
Exchange and return conditions
All products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. We check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment.
The return of the order must be notified by e-mail, info@frescon.fi
Include the following information with the return:

- date of order / date of receipt
- your name
- your address
- your phone number

If you do not want to keep the product you ordered, send it back within 14 days and we will return the price of the product/products back to you. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the postage costs of your order. We will refund the amount you paid according to the payment method of your order. It usually takes about 10-20 business days to process the return and transfer the money.
Take the products to be returned to the Post office, packed in the same package in which you received them, according to the instructions you received by email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Keep the return receipt with you until the return or exchange has been processed.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the delivery.
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must report the error immediately to info@frescon.fi
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained to the logistics partner.
Change
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing your order, you must familiarize yourself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
